Adam, you blew it.

You bought the wrong house! Should have waited until this one came on the market.

It would have been nice to get this piece of the family history back in the family. (Assuming, of course, that Abbey Durfee Gray Borden was family.)

    I remember coming across Abbey Durfee Gray Borden in a web search and wondering if’n she was kin ‘nd all. I would wager she was. Due to her name and Massachusettes location, not due to her manner of expiration.

    As for the purchaser, I have question the marketing of a bed and breakfast (?!) as the charming site of a family tragedy. But maybe that’s just me.
