Durf.org

Well, that took long enough.

MT broke on me some time ago. I had very few free hours to play with the thing, so I left it as-is . . . and wow was that boring. I doubt I have any readers now (didn’t have many to begin with) but I’m online once again.

I tried a few times to install Wordpress on another site and had no success with that. Weird PHP parsing errors. So I had nothing but this broken MT blog, a total inability to install that other engine, and a bunch of other online thingies . . . the Xanga thing I play with sometimes, along with one over at mixi.jp where some ASIJ people hang out.

Most recently I got one set up on 360.yahoo.com thanks to Adam being “on the inside” as they say. It’s a fun toy to play with. Hooks into your Yahoo photo albums (unlimited space, or so they say) and someday into Flickr, I imagine, since Yahoo acquired them recently. So I have been doing things online. But it’s nice to be back here.
