Stupid upgrading

Just got the Movable Type install up to version 3.2 here, but I’m having trouble getting everything to realize that it’s been installed. tap tap Is this thing on?

    Sweet, it works. Looks all right as-is, too; I’ll hold off on a style redesign for now.
