The 1,000-yen haircut
It’s way too hot to have shaggy hair in Tokyo. So I went out during the lunch break and got it chopped off at a QB House near the office. My wallet is a thousand yen lighter, and my head is much cooler . . . Much more in danger of getting sunburned, too, I suppose. Doh.

Also, check wordpress for updates… You seem to be vulnerable to at least some SQL attacks

I’m up to date as far as the numbers go (2.2.2) but I may well have some permissions set to screwy values. That’s a dangerous thing indeed, considering that the Internet is the new Afghanistan!

Well, the problem in this case lies with the fact that, apparently, Wordpress doesn’t run comments through a function that makes ‘em safe. Ie, a function that changes all chars into their HTML equivalents or some-such. If you want I’ve got a basic function lying about that does just that.
