Photographer:

I'm guessing it's Leslie, since she shows up in none of the shots. She is involved in parturition and perhaps girth concealment.

George Miller Online

T is still the Big Man in Bogota, which means he's so big he's never there. He goes off to cover stories in Venezuela and Nicaragua and other places. Also he gets really busy when reporters and photographers working for the L.A. Times get kidnapped, or a Bogota club gets bombed, or some other exciting thing that makes me glad to live in Tokyo, at least until Kim Jong-il presses the red button instead of the blue one.

Anyway, here are the snaps.

A future botanist plays with the world's smallest tumbleweed.

A windy portrait

The ever-popular windblown look.
