Scandinavian vacation

This was a vacation in 2002, actually. I had a few photos from it posted on a previous incarnation of this website, but I never got around to uploading any of them to Flickr after getting the account there. Now that’s changing.

There’s a set of photos that will grow as I post more. Today there are 20 shots from Stockholm, our first stop on our honeymoon lo those many years ago.

A visit to the restaurant

Ron, cousin Kirsten’s husband, made it to Japan as part of a whirlwind tour of East Asia. We went out to dinner for a couple nights in a row and tried to get him over his jet lag so he could fly on to new countries and time zones and rekindle it.

Here we pose at Enchanté with the stained-glass sign made by Pops Durfee and the pumpkin we bought in Kichijoji for the low low price of ¥1,500. Carving time’s a-coming!
